Who can I refer? How do I refer? Do I need to pay to refer anyone? Do people I refer need to pay for anything? Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

Will people I refer be informed about their profile being referred, and what information do they receive?

Every candidate you refer will receive an automated email from referbility.com containing a link that has to be clicked within 72 hours in order to proceed with the referral. 


If the link is not clicked, the referral’s profile will automatically be deleted from referbility.com and you will be notified. 


If the link is clicked, your candidate will be forwarded to a page on which they can see more information about the job you referred them to, as well as your name as the referrer. This page does not display the job's reward that you would earn if they are hired.
