How do you ensure referred candidates are qualified?

We use multiple ways to ensure that every candidate that has been referred is meeting your requirements:

1. Due to the nature of our business model, referrers only get paid if a candidate they refer is hired and retained by you for three months - referring irrelevant candidates, therefore, bears no value to referrers;

2. We use a custom-made algorithm to screen and sort incoming referrals for relevancy, so the best candidates are always on top of your dashboard;

3. We screen referrals on the backend and sort out and/or reject referrals that are not meeting your requirements.
